Funeral will be Today at 4 p.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home for Jewel H. Beck, 85, Gadsden, who died March 18, 2010. Bro. David Adcock will officiate. Burial at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Daddy was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Rosa Lee Beck, parents; C.O. and Nellie Beck, brothers; George Oliver and Raymond, sister; Zelma Pigg, Gadsden, and grandson; Wesley Vaughn.
He is survived by daughters; Kay (Johnny) Thrasher, Huntsville, Teresa Beck Hampton, Gadsden, son; Joel (Janice) Owen, Clanton, 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brother; Arland (Norma) Beck, Louisville, KY, sister-in-law, Bonnie Beck, Gadsden, numerous nieces and nephews, Back yard buddy; Butch (Scooter) Erwin.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
The family would love to thank 5th Hall nurses at McGuffys; Barbie, Felicia and Nikki, special aides: Jane "LuELLER", Bernice and Shelia.
