Funeral services were at 2pm Sunday, November 22, at Crestwood Chapel for Jessie Hardin age 86, of Rainbow City who died Thursday, November 19, 2009. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
Jessie was a devout Christian and a member of Grace Bible Church. She was retired after 35 years as a secretary for Republic Steel. She was a faithful and loving wife of 45 years who loved children and loved to cook. She is deeply loved by her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband Harold Hardin; daughter, Cindy (Dale) Osborne; grandchildren, Matthew (Randi) Osborne, and Suzanne (Flannigan) Clifford; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret Hoehn; brother, Sonny McCormick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Dale Osborne, Matthew Osborne, Bryan Smith, David McDaniel, Stan Burger, and Durwood Campbell.
