A memorial service will be held on February 26th at 3:30pm at the Church of the Holy Spirit for James Dean Woods, age 60, of Attalla who entered into rest on Sunday, February 12th, Mike Garmon will officiate.

Dean was a loving father, grandfather, soon to be great-grandfather, uncle, friend, and so much more. He was a graduate of Etowah High School. Dean enjoyed fishing, Alabama football, spending time with his family and praising God. He loved his family, was loved by them, and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Carol and Robert Woods, and Brother: Phillip Woods

He is survived by his Son: D.J. (Crystal) Woods, Granddaughters Hayley (Hunter) Peek and Brecklyn Woods, Nephew Chris Woods, and a great grandchild on the way.

Specials friends to mention: Kim Davis, David (Dewey) Swann, Byron Johnson, Tom Hayes, and Bobby Mullinax.
