Funeral services will be 2 pm Thursday at Crestwood Chapel for Mr. James "Tommy" Chamblee age 70 of Hokes Bluff who died Monday. Reverend Bruce Word Will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Tommy will be remembered as a kind, intelligent easy going compassionate man, he loved golfing and was an avid golfer ,and was known by "Awesome" by his golfing friends, loved fishing and was  retired from Good Year Tire and Rubber,with 35 years of service, he was a Christian of the Baptist faith and lived as such. He was a loving husband , father, grandfather friend to all and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arvil and Willie Ruth Chamblee and sister, Gladys Kimbril.

He is survived by wife Becky Chamblee, daughter Sabrina(Greg) Young, grandchildren Laurel and Sawyer Young, sister Marion Jean Mcrae and numerous nieces and nephews, and his precious aunt Alcey Simonetti, lifelong friends James Beam and friend of many years John Edge.

Pallbearers will be James Beam, Eugene Deerman, Roger Kimbril, Greg Young and David Simonetti.

Honorary pallbearer friend , John Edge.
