Mrs. Iris Jean Harcrow, 83, of Rainbow City, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 30, 2017. Her funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clark Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at 11 a.m. until time of the funeral.
Mrs. Harcrow retired from Walmart after 31 and a half years of service. She was loved and respected by many while also being a great mentor.
Survivors include her son, Greg Harcrow; daughters, Susan Harcrow Bowden and Sandra Harcrow Gerling; brothers, Floyd Poor Jr. and Ronald Fay Poor; seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton L. Harcrow; parents, Floyd Poor Sr. and Mollie Duke Poor; brother, Thomas G. Poor.
