Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Crestwood Funeral Home for Imogene Rose, 86, who died August 23, 2014. Pastor Thom Blaurock will officiate. Burial is at Crestwood Cemetery.
Imogene was a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She always put God, family and others before herself. She was a devoted member of North Glencoe Baptist Church since 1962.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Rose, in 1991.
She is survived by her son, Steve Rose; daughter, Teresa White; grandchildren, Patrick White (Amy), Regina Rowland (Buzz), Karen McGinnis (John), Rachel Stedham (Tripp) and Lauren Dover (David); nine great-grandchildren; six nieces; and one nephew.
She wished to say thank you to her family, church, friends and neighbors for their kindness during her long illness.
Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Crestwood, service to follow. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services
