Mrs. Marie White Davis, 84, of Gadsden, died Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.
Her funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Crestwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Bailey officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be noon until time of funeral.
Mrs. Davis spent many years as a caregiver in the Gadsden area and was a member of Reed Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sons, Robert Stephens (Carol), Jeff Davis and Eddie Davis (Amy); daughters, Charlotte Epperson (Harold), Janice East (Michael); 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; numerous nephews and nieces and extended family.
Preceded in death by husband, Virgil L. Davis; parents, James and Ida White; grandson, Buster East; five brothers and a sister.
Pallbearers will be Chris Davis, Wade Russell, Terry Johnson, Landon Johnson, Nickolas Johnson and Tyler East.
