Gregory Dace Humphrey- Funeral Services will be 11-1 Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Crestwood Funeral Home for Gregory Dace Humphrey 30, of Southside, Al who died December 6, 2024. Gregory graduated from Southside High School in 2013, he attended college in Jacksonville Florida. He worked construction and he loved to work. He was always there to help anyone who needed anything. Dace loved family more than anything in the world. He was the best father, son, brother, uncle and a loyal friend anyone could ask for. He never lost sight of what it was he had growing up and that was a strong family bond, he never asked for anything extravagant but to be around family and be happy. He loved the lord and his bible, he was known for his compassionate nature and giving spirit and witty sense of humor. He always made people laugh. His presence on this earth will forever be missed but we will all see you again in Heaven.

He is survived by; father Greg Humphrey (Tonya Kilgore), daughter Emily Grace Roberts, Siblings; Lee Humphrey, Paige (Brandon) Hare, Tiffany Humphrey, Chelsey Zack) Hayes and special mentioned step-mother Sarah Vanek and sister Kitera Riley Humphrey, grandparents; Barbara (Quinton) Pavey, Becky Humphrey, Aunts; Wendy Humphrey, Darlene (Paul) Sparks, uncles; Steve Page, Jacob Flanagon, Brent Pavey, cousins; David, Dion, Johnny Rains, Dustin, Colton, Jordan (best friend) Long, David Lee, Penny, Kelly, Robby Waller, Bella Grace Sparks. With a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Justice Denise Simmons, Paw Paw R.L. Humphrey, Uncle Lee Edward Humphrey, PePaw Bill Simmons.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Long, Jordan Long, Colton Long, Lee Humphrey, David Lee Waller, and Brandon Townsel.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dion, Johnny, Carol David Rains, Mike Nelson, Joey Vice, and Rooster.
