Gail Tingle, age 85, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026. She was born on March 5, 1940.

A graveside service will be held at Crestwood Funeral Home on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Gail was a devoted member of the Baptist faith. She graduated from Gadsden High School in 1958 and went on to earn both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Alabama. She dedicated much of her life to education, teaching in Anniston, Huntsville, and Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to her work in education, she also enjoyed a career as a real estate agent.

Gail is lovingly remembered by her cousins and many dear friends whose lives she touched throughout the years.
