Funeral service will be at 3pm Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church for Glenda Smith, age 82, of Gadsden, who died Thursday August 18, 2022. The Revs. Kenneth Lassetter and Blake Edmondson will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pisgah Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home will direct services.

Glenda was a devoted wife, mother, and MawMaw who loved her Lord and family more than anything else. She enjoyed spending time with her family, travelling, and shopping.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Wayne Smith.

She is survived by her children Greg (Alicia)Smith, Gina (Raymond) McCullough, and Shonna (Jeff) Edmondson; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Michael McCullough, Byron Gilliland, Calvin Leidinger, Jeffery Edmondson, Steve Pruitt, John Green, and Caleb Edmondson.

The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 1 until the hour of service.
