Gladston L. Boatwright's Obituary
Graveside services will be at 1pm Wednesday at Crestwood Cemetery for M.R. G.L. Boatwright age 86, of Birmingham who died Friday, February 13, 2009. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home Gadsden is in charge.
Mr. Boatwright was preceded in death by his wife Margaret W. Boatwright. He was retired from South Central Bell after 36 years of service. He was a former member of Paden Baptist Church, and was World War II Veteran.
He is survived by his daughter, Glenda B. Parker of Birmingham; grandsons, Christopher B. Parker and Dustin R. Parker both of Birmingham.
The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 pm Monday at the funeral home.
