George Keith Silvers, 63, of Anniston, Alabama, passed away peacefully at home on June 20, 2025.

Born on January 31, 1962, Keith was a master carpenter whose skill and craftsmanship left a lasting mark on everything he built. But his greatest impact was in the lives of the people who knew and loved him. Known for his mischievous grin and free spirit and ability to talk a mile a minute, Keith lived life on his own terms — happiest on the open road riding his Harley or sharing a laugh with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Edward Silvers, and his nephews, Tony Walsh and Dustin Walsh.
Keith is survived by his mother, Betty Grace Russ; his second mother, Frances Anita Silvers; his son, Chad Silvers; his bonus son, Daniel Brown, his brothers and sisters, Alice Faith Silvers, Carl Edward Silvers (and Kim Silvers), Dwayne Roderick, Jeff Silvers, and Misty Maza (and Teodoro Maza). He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews — Melissa Lynn Silvers, Kristen Walsh, and Michelle Silvers — along with several great-nieces and nephews, including Logan Dribnak, Desiree Pierce, and Devon Pierce and many cousins including his favorite, Joey Silvers.

Keith also held a special place in his heart for his close friends Jason "Hambone" and Regina Hammett, who stood by him through thick and thin.

Keith brought humor and heart into every room he entered. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

The family sends out their deepest appreciation and gratitude to New Beacon Hospice Care for easing his transition.
