Memorial Service will be at 6:30 pm Thursday at Roebuck Parkway Church of Christ, 400 Roebuck Parkway, Birmingham, AL, for Floyd T. Crawford, age 57, of Birmingham who died August 26, 2012. Tim Shoemaker will officiate. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home provided Cremation services.
Floyd was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served on the USS Bulle for 4 years. He was a 1976 graduate of George Rogers Technical School.
He is preceded in death by his father Dan Crawford and grandparents Fred and Irene Tumlin.
He is survived by his mother Nelda Crawford of Birmingham; sisters Ginger (Scott) Langston, of Birmingham, and Cindy (Eddie) Birdyshaw of Birmingham; brother Scott (Kim) Crawford, of Papallion, NE; three nieces, three nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
