Graveside service was held yesterday at Crestwood Cemetery for Faye S. Beacham, 93, who died Oct. 25, 2011. The Revs. Tommy Marshall, Dan Maddox and Gene Evans officiated. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home directed services. Mrs. Beacham was a member of The Tabernacle Church. She loved the Lord and her family with all of her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin D. Beacham Sr.; son, Marvin D. Beacham Jr.; parents, Marion and Emma Smith; sisters, Lou Beacham, Dot Tucker and Sue Fletcher; and brothers, Johnny G. Smith and Louis Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Alice (Don) Hurst; grandchildren, Eric (Beverly) Hurst, Bill (Beth) Hurst, Marvin D. "Dave" (Yolanda) Beacham III, Ronnie L. Beacham and Thomas H. Beacham; sister, Gloria (Frank) Kellett; and a number of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Tabernacle Church. The family served as pallbearers.
