Eva was a strong,independent woman who was blessed with the gift of a long full life dying at the age of 96. Her loves were her family, her home,and gardening. She was preceded in death by her Husband Thomas, Son Tommy , Grandson Adam, Special Friend Jay Noojin, Brothers Ralph Mintz, Carl Mintz, sister Jewel Yost and Parents Maybell and Fred Mintz.

Left to cherish memories of her are Son,Freddy Bishop and Daughter-in-law Linda, Grandchildren Scott Bishop (Iris), Mark Bishop(Gina), and Joey Bishop(Rochell). Great grandchildren, Drake, Luke,Audrey, Stephen, Lilly, Bella , and Katie Bishop and Great great grandson Peyton. She is also survived by her sister Dooley Keenum, brother Clarence Mintz, and grand fur babies Cookie and Chip Bishop.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Mary Johnson ,precious friend and caregiver, and Encompass Hospice employees , Kayla Howington, Lori Hornsby, Susanne Smith, Stacey Johnson, and Karen Payne.
