Eugenia Ann Cunningham Stone, born September 26, 1942, joined her beloved Bryan in their Heavenly home Friday, November 8, 2024.  Ann is survived by sons, Bill (Marian) Stone, and John Stone. Grandson, Trey Stone; her God-given grandchildren, Adrian Haynie Scales and Brant (Katie) Haynie; and great-grandchildren, Charlie and Cooper Scales, and Ellis, Eddy and Finn Haynie; brother-in-law, Bobby Cosby, as well as her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucille Cunningham, husband, Bryan Stone, daughter-in-law, Lisa K. Stone, sister, Nancy Cosby, as well as Sister/Brother-in-law Marcelle (Buddy) Bearden and Sister-in-law, Judy Laverty.

Ann was a retired educator, teaching at Southside High School for over 25 years, impacting thousands of lives and multiple generations.  She loved to travel, she loved her White Springs Baptist Church family, and her Friends N Faith Sunday School Class, but most, Ann loved her family and The Lord.

A brief celebration service of Mrs. Stone's life will be held at White Springs Baptist Church at Noon on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, presided by Reverends Chris Terrell and Larry Fuhrman.  Family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM that morning.  She will be interred at Crestwood Cemetery in a private family ceremony preceding the service.

The Stone Family would like to thank Christie and Compassionate Caregivers for their abiding love, companionship, and care, during Ann's illness.  Kourtney, Riva, Teresa, Nicki, and Lindsey, who served Ann well.
