Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Crestwood Chapel for Ms. Ernestine Long Grey, 76, who died Friday, July 6, 2012. The Rev. Dave Roberts will officiate. Entombment will be in Crestwood Mausoleum. Ms. Grey resided in Destin, Fla., for over 40 years. She was a member of North Highland Baptist Church and retired from Destin Water Users, Destin, Fla. She was preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Hazel Long; and sister, Patricia Long; and her faithful companion and leader dog, "Corky." She is survived by sisters, Sarah (Maurice) Fricks, Clara Taylor; brother, James R. (Lynn) Long; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will accept flowers, or donations may be made to The Lion's Club or the school of Leader Dogs. Pallbearers will be family. Special thanks to Brother Dave Roberts and Lawley Hospice care, Stacey Ponder RN and Janica Wilson. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. Sunday until the hour of service.
