Graveside services will be 11 Am Thursday at Crestwood Cemetery for Mrs. Emma Jane Edwards Age 73 of Boaz who died October 2nd. Brothers Mark Gidley and Ray Tucker will officiate.

Mrs. Edwards loved her family and friends and was a faithful member of New Life Church of God. She loved singing, gospel music, and telling people about Jesus. She was also an avid Alabama football fan.

Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by: Parents Hayden and Willene Tidmore; husband Joseph Edwards; brothers Henry and Michael Tidmore; sister Jean Shoemaker; and great grandson, Antonio Mitchell.

She is survived by her daughters Renae Huff, Stacy Huff and Katie (Kevin) Ragan; son Cody (Savannah) Myers; grandchildren Brandi (Shaq) Mitchell, Joey Richardson, Shannon Wilson, Madison, Morgan and Daylon Philpot, Lexi and Finley Ragan, and Miaya and Peighton Myers; great grandchildren Adrian Mitchell, and Ryder and Jaxon Steed; sisters Joan (Larry) Haynes and Joyce Holt; brothers Jerre Tidmore and Tommy (Gail) Tidmore; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Cody Myers, Joey Richardson, Shannon Wilson, Daylon Philpot, Ray Tucker and Cary Tucker.

Honorary pallbearers are Kevin Ragan, Shaq Mitchell.

The family would like to express special thanks to  Gadsden Regional Medical Center, Gadsden Regional Medical Center SICU and Dr. J. Tummala.

There will not be a visitation, but you are welcome to speak to the family at the graveside service.
