Mr. Eddie Hendon, age 86 of Smyrna, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016. A graveside service will be held 12 pm CST Tuesday, July 26 in the Crestwood Memorial Cemetery in Gadsden, Alabama. Mr. Hendon is survived by his wife Wanda Hendon, son Dexter Leon Hendon of Bronx, NY, sisters Gail Scarborough of Attala, AL and Linda Owen of Gadsden, AL, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna is in charge of arrangements.
