Funeral will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, August 30th, 2015 at Crestwood Chapel for Dora Lee Simmons Gipson Lorren, 92, of Hokes Bluff, who passed away Friday, August 28th, 2015. Pastor Gary Baswell and Tony Simmons will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home in charge.
During her later years, she enjoyed going to the Senior Center in Hokes Bluff, and has always enjoyed spending time with her children, their families, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Lorren was preceded in death by her husbands, Buck Gipson and Woodrow Lorren; brothers, RV and AC Simmons; and sisters, Lillian Simmons Abney and Nople Simmons Westbrooks.
She is survived by her son, William York (Linda) Gipson; daughters, Regina (Jimmy) McClendon, and Sandra Lee Pruitt; granddaughters, Marlisa (Keith) Weeks and Misty (Dave) Partain; and great-grandchildren, Blake and Chase Weeks, and Lindsay and Trey Partain.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will accept friends on Sunday from 1 PM until the time of the service.
