Funeral will be 1 pm Wednesday June 8th,for Mr. Dennis Keith Lancaster age 55 of Glencoe who died Wednesday June 1st,2016.Reverend Dale Butler and Dr. Bruce Calhoun will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Dennis was Salutatorian of Emma Sansom Class of 1978.He was a longtime member of Valley Baptist Church serving as Deacon and anywhere he was needed.. He loved his church Family dearly. He worked as assistant Director of Information Systems at Gadsden Regional Hospital for several years and mentioned more than once how much he loved his job. His family was everything to him and he will be remembered as that special uncle, brother and friend to all.
He is preceded in death by his parents Oliver and Flora Lancaster, brother Terry and his wife Mary ,sister Linda Cole and niece Susan Nichelle Lancaster.
He is survived by brothers and sisters Brenda (David) Cole, Glenda(Bruce) Calhoun, Rhonda Lancaster, Paul(Darcy) Lancaster ,brother in-law Bill Cole and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
