Funeral services will be at 11 am Tuesday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs. Cindy Willoughby age 55 of Hokes Bluff who passed away Friday May 2nd. Pastor Mark Leonhardt will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.

She was a 1976 graduate of Etowah High School and held degrees from Gadsden State C.C. and Jacksonville State University. Cindy was an employee of Gadsden Regional Medical Center for 22 years. She was a loving wife, wonderful mother, and was beloved by all nephews, nieces, and grandchildren.

Cindy was preceded in death by her brother Ken Smith.

She is survived by her husband Bob Willoughby; her children Jeremy (Elizabeth) Waldrop of Hoover, AL, Candice (Brandon) Patterson of Attalla, Al Kevin (Rachel) Willoughby of Madison, Al, Brandi (Bryan) Riddle of Rainsville, Al; her parents C.O. and Opal Smith; siblings Ronnie (Peggy) Smith, and Sheryl Smith. Nephews Shane Smith, Mark Smith, Chris Smith and her niece Rhonda Underwood; her grandchildren AJ Willoughby, Brady and Addison Lilly.

Pallbearers will be Shane Smith, Mark Smith, Chris Smith, Keith Underwood, Kevin Willoughby and Chris Boatfield. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 till 8 pm.
