Clayton E. Moses Jr., 58, was born in Alabama City. He worked for Cassidy TV and for McBride TV. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Services will be Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Crestwood Funeral Home. Glenn Scruggs will officiate. Clayton devoted his life to helping other people. He was a member of Dwight Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton E. and Annie Scruggs Moses. He is survived by a brother, Rex (Nancy) Moses, Huntington Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Crystal Wiggonton, Rainbow City, and Patricia (Bill) McClellan, South Gadsden; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to UAB MICU and Dr. Jason Guichard. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Way of the Cross Ministries. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at Crestwood Funeral Home.
