Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. today, June 6, 2009 at Crestwood Memorial Chapel for Mr. Clarence C. Harcrow, age 84, of Glencoe, who passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2009, after an extended illness. Rev. Ben Edminson, Rev. Phillip Elliott and Music Minister, Barry Benefield will officiate the service. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will direct. Burial will be at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.
Clarence retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1985. He was active for many years with the Boy Scouts of America. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and rock hound. Clarence was a longtime member of Glencoe First Baptist Church.
Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Annie Evelyn; his daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Michael Lisenba; two granddaughters, Allyson and Caroline Lisenba, all from Madison, Alabama.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service today at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home.
