Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crestwood Chapel for Mr. Chester "Cheyenne" Lee Body, 76, of Gadsden, who died Wednesday, May 31, 2017. The Rev. Mike Cleckler will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Mr. Body was a Goodyear retiree with over 32 years of service. In retirement, he enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and drinking coffee and hanging out with his friends at The Huddle House Restaurant. He will first be remembered as a family man, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather who loved cooking for his family. He was truly loved and will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kristi Jennette Body; parents, Roy and Jewel Body; and grandson, Jeremy Drew Handy.
He is survived by wife of 56 years, Patricia; children, Lacrecia (Michael) Whisenant, Katrina (Glenn) Hill, Jon (Angela) Body, Gina Brown, Patti (Don) Pritchett; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas (Melisa) Body; and a large, extended family.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
