Funeral services will be 2 pm Thursday, at Betta View Hills Church of Christ, Oxford, for Mrs. Carlotta Behel, age 84, of Eastaboga, who died Monday, June 21, 2021. Rusty Stephens will officiate. Burial will be in Forestlawn Cemetery Anniston.

Mrs. Behel will be remembered as a faithful  Christian, a loving wife of 64 years, mother, grandmother and friend. She devoted her life to her family,She loved spending time with  her children and grandchildren. She was a strong, sweet, and graceful woman who was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her son Stephen Behel, parents, Elvin and Margaret Fowler and brother Carlton Fowler.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Behel, daughters Karen(Randy) Burnham, Kathy(David) West, grandchildren Andrew Burnham, Briana Behel, Will West, Austin Burnham, Connor Behel, Wyatt West, Madison West and Maggie West ,brother Wayne(Jane) Fowler, sister Rosemary(Larry) Hipps,sister in law Leana Behel and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her Sons in law and grandsons.

The family would like to express our deep appreciation, to caregivers Carolyn, Geneva and Pam.

The family will receive friends at the church Thursday from 1 pm until the time of service.
