Graveside services will be 2 pm Friday, at Crestwood Cemetery for Mr. Billy Byron Handy, age 95, of Gadsden who died Tuesday, February 1,2022. Billy will be remembered for his love of baseball, Alabama Football and was past Master of Dwight Masonic Lodge. He was a Navy Veteran and Republic Steel Plant retiree where he worked as an ironworker.

He is preceded in death by his wife of over 65 years, Etta Mae. He is survived by son Robert (Jane) Handy, grandchildren Shawn Hamby, Shanna(Gene) Proctor, Morgane (Andrew) Stansell and Maegan(Mike) Fisher.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Disabled Veterans Association.
