Billie R. Hotchkiss age 66 of Gadsden died Monday. She was a very loving, cheerful, independent and patient woman full of love for all. She'll be remembered as strong in character and always happy.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Louis Hotchkiss Jr. and parents Charles and Sarah Nelson, Brother Steve Nelson.
She is survived by husband Steven Jackson, children Linda( Matthew) Kreeger, Robert Louis Hotchkiss lll, 8 grandchildren , 4 great grandchildren ,siblings Linda, Carol, Brian and David Nelson
