Bettye Ann Griffin Tolleson, age 62, of Rainbow City, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013. Services were provided by Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home.

Ms. Tolleson was a graduate of Saks High School and Jacksonville State University, and obtained her Masters Degree at the University of Alabama. She had taught Special Education for 25 years in the Calhoun County School System. She was a member of Harvestfield Church and enjoyed serving the Lord by caring for the babies in the nursery. She was a loving mother and Nona to her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Vera Griffin; and brother Walter "Sonny" Griffin

She is survived by her son Ryan (Kendra) Tolleson; grandchildren Trent and Carly Tolleson; sister Jo Paschal; niece Martha (Rick) Adams; and great nephews Daniel(Sheri) Howard and Paul (Kerry) Howard.
