Funeral Service will be 2pm Monday, December 16, at Crestwood Chapel for Betty Lee Hale, age 83, of Glencoe, who died December 13, 2013. Pastor Johnny Johnson will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will direct services.

Betty was a member of Glencoe First Baptist Church. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her son Walter Terry Hale, brother Glenn Swinford, and sister Catherine Vowell.

She is survived by her daughters Rebecca Steele and Regina (David) Finlayson; daughter in law Carris Hale; grandchildren Skip (Allison) Hale, Josh Hale, Shane (Kim) Brandhorst, Megan (Gabe) Armstrong, Katie Finlayson, and Kelsey Finlayson; great grandchildren Baylen Brandhorst, Blaze and Bella Armstrong, and McKenna, Emery, Peyton, and Anderson Hale; Sisters Jean (Bob) Daves and Janice (Hoyt) Langston; several nieces and nephews; and Special Friend Kindred Strickland.

Pallbearers will be Skip Hale, Gabe Armstrong, Shane Brandhorst, David Finlayson, Josh Hale, and Tony Armstrong.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 1pm until the hour of service.
