Funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 27th, 2014, at Crestwood Funeral Home for Betty J. Pruitt, age 85, of Glencoe, who died Friday, October 24th, 2014. Harold Coe will officiate. Burial will be at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
She loved gardening and Gulf Shores. The holidays were extra special to her and baking and cooking for her family made it even better. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. She was retired from Anniston Army Depot with over 30 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Ludie Jackson and three siblings.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Thomas "Jack" Pruitt; sons, Maury (Kaye) Moseley, Ralph (Rita) Moseley, and Mike (Angel) Pruitt; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11-1 on Monday.
