A graveside memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Pine Grove Cemetery, for Mrs. Barbara "Bobbie" White, age 79, of Southside, who died Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Reverend Bruce Jenkins will officiate . Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Mrs. Bobbie will be remembered as a Christian first, grandmother next, she was a talented seamstress and cook extraordinaire, loved to make mounds of food for any and everybody. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister and friend to all and will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by husband Jerry R. White, parents H.B. and Dorothy Martin, and sister Peggy Newman.

She is survived by children Joel White, Jerri (Rick) Hamby, grandchildren James White, Sarah White, Jacob White, Rebekah White, Annalise Hamby, Thomas Hamby and great granddaughter Claire Haney, sister Theresa(Raymond) Newman, brothers H. B. Martin Jr. Theodore Martin and a host of nieces and nephews.
