The services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Stephens, 76,of Hokes Bluff, who passed away Wednesday July 23, 2008 will be Saturday at 2 PM at Crestwood Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Summerall will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.
She was a member of Union #3 Baptist Church in Hokes Bluff. While living in California for 46 years, she served as WMU President for many years. She loved her family, her church, and especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband James T. Stephens, son Tom Stephens, 2 grandchildren Jesse Stephens and Sara Stephens; son-in-law, Steve Gardner.
She is survived by daughters Shelia Derochea and Susan Gardner and son Jack (Cathy) Stephens. Grandchildren, Jason Stephens, Jaime Derochea, Jaclyn Derochea, Jonathan Stephens, Jennifer Gardner and Jolene Castillo. 5 Great-grandchildren. Brother Ralph Brannon, and numerous other family and friends.
