Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday at Crestwood Chapel for Mrs. Annie "Ruth" Bone age 87 of Jacksonville formerly Gadsden who died Wednesday. Reverend Bobby Bryant will officiate.Burial will be in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
Mrs. Bone was a graduate of Hokes Bluff High School ,was raised in Fords Valley, and moved to Mt Cheaha to be close to her daughter Reita, she retired from Centre Manufacturing, working as a sewing machine operator.
She is preceded in death by her husband Eddie Bone, daughter Sheila Walker, grandson Blake Langley ,great grandson Michael Walker, parents Andy and Jessie Loyd and sisters Evelyn Roberts and Inez Simpson.
She is survived by daughter Reita Birchler, grandchildren Heather(Jeff) Beal, Eric Langley, Joe Walker, Emily Walker,6 greatgrandchildren ,brother Cecil(Carol) Loyd and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11 am until the time of service.
