Funeral services will be today, April 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Crestwood Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Annie Ruth Keenum, age 84, of Piedmont, who passed away on Monday, April 21, 2008. Rev. A.J. Dollar will officiate. Burial will be at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home will direct.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Fay Keenum.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Keenum and Charles (Joan) Yow; daughters, Fabian Densmore and Carolyn (Johnny) Self; grandchildren, Johnny (Nicole) Self, Jr., Chuck Yow, Angie (Tim) Denton and Michelle Smith; great grandchildren, Will, Luke, Lacey and John Denton and Christopher Yow; a sister, Terah (A.J.) Dollar; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In-Lieu-Of Flowers, donations may be made to the Etowah County Humane Society.
The family extends a special thank you to the staff at McGuffey's Healthcare and to all of Mrs. Keenum's special friends.
The family will receive friends today from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home.
