Funeral will be 2 pm Monday at Crestwood Cemetery for Anna Marie Hicks, age 64, of Gadsden who passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Family will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.

Mrs. Hicks will be remembered as a loving person who devoted her time to Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and community affairs. She was lovingly known as Miss Anna by her coworkers at Wal Mart, had a wonderful personality, and loved her family dearly. She was a great companion, mother, grandmother, and friend and she will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her son Robert Hicks, parents George and Doris Kranski, sister Karen "Sue" Ziller, and Gladys Eggerstedt. She is survived by companion David Devine, sons Jason Hicks, Michael(Amanda Kircus) Hicks, step-children Collin Devine, Christopher(Jennifer) Watson-Devine, Kenneth(Nichole)Devine, Carrie Watson-Devine, grandchildren Robert, Nichole, and Brian, and step-grandchildren Rayne, Elaina, Chloe, and Rawbert.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 pm until the time of service.
