Memorial services will be 2 pm Thursday  April 7, 2022 at World View Baptist Church, Cedartown Georgia, for Mr. Alvin Sauls, age 73, of Cedartown, formerly Gadsden who died Friday, April 1, 2022.

Reverend Doyle Kelley will officiate.

Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of cremation services.

Alvin will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, he enjoyed shopping antiques, trading guns, and believe it or not chasing ambulances. If he had to go he would definitely find humor in going on April Fool's Day.

He was an Army Veteran, wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend to all and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by parents Leo and Lillie Mae Sauls and brother Johnny Sauls.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years Carolyn, daughters; Monica Glover, Kristen (John) Blankenship; grandchildren Kayleigh Sauls, Kyle(Jennifer) Glover, Noah Rosenthal, Bryce Blankenship; great-grandchildren Braxton, Levi, Ethan, Ricky, Joshua; Sister Ruby Handley, Sara Ann Speer, Gail Wellingham;  brothers Michael Sauls, and Leo Sauls Jr.

Special Thanks to friends and family who were there when we needed them. The family will receive friends at the church at 2 pm for the service.
