Graveside services will be 11 am Wednesday, at Crestwood Cemetery, for Mrs. Alice Nancy Stroup age 89, of Southside, who died Thursday January 20,2022. Kenny Stroup will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Alice was born to William and Willie Pearl Johnson in DeKalb County Alabama. After finishing school she moved to Etowah County where she married Earl Stroup. Alice was a loving wife and mother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by sons Jerry Steven (Marla) Stroup, Stanley Earl Stroup, Michael Craig Stroup and grandson Justin Stroup.

She is preceded in death by husband Earl P. Stroup and grandson William Earl Stroup.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, from 10 am, until the time of service.
