Alice aka Faye, Mom or Nana was a long-time member of the Gaston / Tidmore Bend Community. A graduate of Gaston Class of '72, and Alabama School of Trades. She had been a member of North Highland Baptist Church and long-time member of TOPS. She worked a variety of jobs and made lifelong friends at each of them. She was especially proud of her work with youth at church and school and seeing them become successful adults and parents.

To her, hearing voices call for Aunt Faye Faye or Nana were the sweetest sounds on earth. On her cloudiest days the sound of "Nana" from a grand or great was like a ray of sunshine.

She is survived by: Husband Billy; Children Dr. John (Libby) and Elizabeth;

Grandchildren Emily (John), Samantha (Lyle), Nicalus (Mikayla), Eva, Chloe, and Eric; Great Grandchildren Rowan, Calix and Harmony; Sister Janice (Jimmy); Brother
Michael (Sharon); Sister-in-law Salli Mathis; Brother-in-law Charles Mathis. Numerous Nieces and Nephews; and, all the people whose lives she touched and shared their love throughout her time with us.

staff; everyone at Cornerstone Pharmacy, Amedysis, Riverview, Northside, GFD, A-med and Advantage.

No public ceremonies are scheduled and the family requests no flowers.
