Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 26,2015, at Crestwood Cemetery for Alice Culwell,72, of Southside, who died August 22nd,2015. Dr. Charles Owens will officiate. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of services.
She was retired from the Attalla Board of Education. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Southside. She was also a member of AEA, NEA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alberto del Carmen.
She is survived by her husband, Ingram Culwell; daughters, Christy Culwell, Bonnie Culwell, and Julie Culwell Dettwiler (Ron); grandson, Joshua Brooks; granddaughter, Madalyn Starr; brother, Albert del Carmen(Nora); and niece, Alison del Carmen.
Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
Special thanks to nurses of Alacare Hospice; Kelly Usry, Jeanne Saunders, and Suzanne.
Visitation will be 12p.m until the time of the service at Crestwood Funeral Home.
